Application designed for patients of the Hospital das Clínicas at the University of São Paulo Faculty of Medicine, offering access to various features such as:

• - Check-in;
• - View results;
• - Printing of medical reports;
• - View imaging exams;
• - Check available appointments;
• - Print appointment slip;
• - Print examination preparation instructions;
• - Easily share your medical reports;
• - Request rescheduling of appointments and/or exams*;

* RESCHEDULING RULES:

1. Rescheduling requests are only available for the ICHC and IOT institutes.
2. Postpone appointments that have not yet occurred:
   Request at least 2 DAYS before the scheduled appointment date.
3. In case of ABSENCES within the last 6 months:
   The system does not allow rescheduling if there has been consecutive absences.
   IMPORTANT: in this case, it is NOT possible to request prescription renewal.
4. Appointments will be rescheduled according to service availability.

Advantages:

• - No need to come to HC;
• - Receive SMS to check a new date on the Patient Portal;
• - Avoid queues by using the old slip to access the turnstiles, and if you haven't missed an appointment: your prescription can be renewed, and if enrolled in the PMC (Medication at Home Program), medication can be delivered to your home.
